1. The program seems to work ok, but the video will not play? If this is occurring the problem is usually that you do not have the proper video drivers on your PC. That can be easily corrected by looking on the CD-ROM for "Setupvideo.exe". Simply double-click this "exe" and it will install the necessary Intel video drivers. It is rare that a PC does not have these drivers already, but it happens.

2. I forgot or cannot find the password for administrator access for Patient Care Skills? Please call us directly for this information.

3. I do not hear any audio and I am using Windows 98? Some of our older software will not play audio during an video. Please call us if you are experiencing this problem. Will will fix this problem free of charge.

4. Can I install my network version of "any of TCP's programs" directly on the server? Yes, see answer 5 for a recommended solution to this installation.

5. What is your recommended way to install a network version of "any of TCP's" programs? Let me first explain a little bit about the programs. There are three main parts to each of TCP's programs. The program files or exe's, the runtime files, and the media. The program files and the runtime files are very small files, usually less than 20 meg total. However the media files can be large, up to 620 meg (Patient Care Skills). We recommend that you do a typical setup on each of the workstations. This will install the program files and the runtime files. It will also install a file called "lan_util.exe" (if you have a network version). You will use this program to build an "ini" file which tells the program file where to look for the CD-ROM, even if it is on the server. Of course, you must have mapped this drive first. Recently, many customers have asked if the files can be copied from the CD-ROM to the server hard drive. Yes, this can be done, but we still recommend that you install the minimum files to the workstations. You should first install the files to the workstations (this will install the program files and the runtime files), then map the drive from the workstation to the server hard drive. Next, copy the CD-ROM to the server hard drive. Next, run the "Lan_util.exe" on a workstation, this will automatically build an "ini" file in your windows directory which will point the TCP program to the server hard drive for the media. Once you have gone through this on one workstation, you can copy the ini file to the other workstations without using the Lan_util.exe, if you wish. We would be happy to walk you through this procedure, so if you have questions or problems, please call us!

6. While installing Patient Care Skills Network version, we were unable to find the readme.txt? Well, that is a mistake, please call us for a quick fix or we will replace the CD-ROM free of charge.

7. I have purchased a CD-ROM from you but have lost it? No problem, call us!

8. The problem has to do with user rights. You will need to give "READ and WRITE" access to two folders. The c:\WinNT\Temp directory and the \ASYM directory. You can search to find the ASYM dir by searching for "tb50run.exe" or searching for the folder itself..
